NEXHERE

Terms of use

Effective 20 September 2026

These terms govern the use of NEXHERE ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

  • The service is a place for fans to say which city they want to see an artist in, and optionally what they could do locally to help. What is collected is counted city by city, so an artist can weigh where to perform.
  • The service does not promise that any show will happen. A city with many signals will not necessarily get a show; whether, when and how one happens is for the artist and promoter to decide.
  • The service does not sell or reserve tickets, and does not warrant the accuracy of any show information.

Sending a signal

  • Sending a signal is free and requires no account.
  • One signal per person per city per artist or project, determined by a marker stored in your browser.
  • You can withdraw what you sent at any time, from the browser you sent it with, on the “Signals from this browser” page.

What you must not do

  • Submit signals automatically, or repeatedly by changing browsers or devices to get around the limit.
  • Impersonate another person, or give contact details that are not yours.
  • Interfere with the running of the service, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Submit anything unlawful or offensive.

How what you send is handled

  • Public pages show only counts per city and counts of local help. Nothing that identifies a person is shown.
  • Contact details reach only the artist or project you gave permission to. See the privacy policy for details.
  • Submissions judged to be abusive may be excluded from the counts or deleted without notice.

No warranty

  • The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice.
  • The operator is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, except where caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence.
  • The operator is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of information from the service.

Changes to these terms

  • These terms may be updated. A change takes effect when it is published on this page.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the service.
